I know she is terribly vicious looking, but why do a good number of people run away from my dog when we're out for walks? Is it the stubby tail? The floppy, curly ears? Quite the portrait of terror. And this: "Does it bite?" Oh yeah, look at that lip curling back, the low growl. Are you kidding me?

I will allow that I live in a neighborhood still "in the works," which I guess is my way of saying that there used to be a lot of drug dealers and prostitutes apparently (which is why I live here, of course!) There are still a lot of people who keep attack dogs to protect their household, so dogs are expected to be mean and bite. But still...
